Dear Sisters,

We heartily salute the courageous women and all their supporters who are demanding women’s rights in the constitution of Iran. We are eagerly following news about your courageous demonstrations. Your fight is tremendously important and inspiring to defenders of human rights around the world.

Radical Women has worked for the liberation of women, students, people of color, sexual minorities and workers for over thirty years. As grassroots socialist feminists in the United States, we have vigorously opposed the U.S. unleashing war and oppression throughout the Middle East. As internationalists and revolutionary optimists, we believe in the power of women and their leadership. Together with their brothers in struggle, women can and will organize to change the world.

We stand in solidarity with your brave actions. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help.
