Celebrate Queer Pride by viewing a powerful award-winning movie about an African American lesbian teenager who juggles conflicting identities, family, love and social expectations in her search to be herself. Seventeen-year-old Alike, growing up in Brooklyn, faces her challenges with optimism and courage in this 90-minute, 2011 drama. Open discussion will follow the viewing. Door donation $2.00.
